Do Anyone have problem with their Rant phone, by Sprint?

Its a good phone, cell phones are not pefect.. they sometimes might have tech defects.. the good thing Samsung (the manufacturer) recognizes it.





AS LONG AS YOU HAVE INSURANCE, then the phone can be fixed. no problem. If you didn't add insurance or denied it when asked within the first 30 days when you purchased it..the expenses to fix the phone is on .. well you. And their expensive..like 150ish? depends.





If the phone is proven to be water damaged or .. physcially damaged it voids the insurance so becarefull.

YESS!! it freezes when you turn it on (you know, when it says ';entering sprint service area';) and when i try to convert a video it has no sound. they are shitty phones. lol.Do Anyone have problem with their Rant phone, by Sprint?
We are having trouble charging my daughters, it plugs in but does not charge. Will be taking it in soon, she has only had it for a month!
