On a Samsung Rant, how do u get the pictures and ringtones off of the sd card u put in there onto the phone?

I took out the SD Card that came with the phone and put in mine (that has all my ringtones and pics on it) and the phone says the card is in there it just doesnt show the pictures that u put on the SD Card....helpOn a Samsung Rant, how do u get the pictures and ringtones off of the sd card u put in there onto the phone?
