How can i get ring tones onto my Samsung Rant. I have sprint as my phone company. UH...i'm new at this...?

:D iwant to get songs from bands i like as the song people hear when they call me and ringtones as well. Help?How can i get ring tones onto my Samsung Rant. I have sprint as my phone company. UH...i'm new at this...?

sprint does not allow you to use mp3 files in the memory card as ringtones. they block that. the only way is to follow the above tutorial from ventones and convert the mp3 files to a video file. then transfer that to your memory card.





ventones is the only free ringtone site that allows you to do that.

go to Phonezoo, its a free website where you can make your own 30 secound ringtones and send them to yourself via text message. As long as you have internet and a text plan (so it doesnt get expensive), it should work!! Sometimes it doesnt work on all phones, but i also have a samsung, and it works fine with my phone.
