Connect the usb cord. After you connected it, in your phone go to tools, mass storage, and then click connect to pc. Once you did that, something that should say removable disc will pop up. there should be an option that say open folder to view files. open that up, and then you should see something that says DCIM. click on that and then click on 100ssmed. Connect ur phone USB with ur computer.
If impossible,I suppose that the video format is not supported by ur computer. so u should download a video converter to convert to valid formats.

Use the USB cord that came along with your hand phone. Install and open the software suite that came along with the phone and follow instructions there.
Use a usb cable or bluetooth or a card reader.
