I have a Sprint rant phone. And every time i try to look at my pictures from my picture mail it freezes and it turns me back to the home page. PLEASE HELP ME I NEED TO FIX MY PHONEHi I have a rant phone from sprint and it keeps freezing every time i try to look at my pictures?
Well I fixed mine to stop doing that.
click on home page
scroll down to settings click on it
click on more....
scroll down to security
enter user lock in the space,
click on erase/reset
scroll down to default settings, click on yes, a message will pop up saying will reset to factory default, click on yes. and that it....

THIS JUST HAPPENED TO ME. it restarts your phone? I'm actually on the sprint chat now waiting to talk to someone. Apparently the sprint net work failed or something because I googled this and so many people are having the same issues with the rant, exclaim, and reclaim.
