I just got the Rant and I wanted to put some stuff onto it through the internet I have at home (nothing illegal!), but I don't know if I'll get charged for it on my phone. Wanna fill me in? :oIf I plug my Samsung Rant phone into my computer and use the internet, will I get charged?
I have had the Rant for 6 months now, and everytime I plug it into my computer, it's perfectly fine. Just make sure the ';battery bar'; is moving from one to two to three to four %26amp; back to one.

i think you will because you are receiving data on the phone. my rant did that to me when i tried that.
