I've had the samsung rant and when I first got it I had battery problems and all I did was call Sprint back and tell them and got it replace at no charge. You should call them and let them know and they will handle the situation ASAP. where ever you purchased the phone most likely sold you an effective phone.

The Samsung Rant or any other Sprint phone?
my phone i went to turn it on this morning and it will turn on then the scrne will go black and just light up and keep vibrtaing i had to take the battery out to turn it off because it wont turn off. I have the Samsung rant and I was wondering if this has ever happend to your phone, and why?The Samsung Rant or any other Sprint phone?
