i think u should go w/ the exclaim. w/ the dual slider form factor; u r getn a bigger screen. more screen makes anything look good,lol. it has a better build quality, and feel. it has more bluetooth capabilities too; which makes moving things around, like pics and contacts much easier.
Definitely the Exclaim it's newer and slides up also for a dial pad. user interface is really good
