the damned end button the star button the 4 button and my reply to text is messed up , they dont work anymore and that means i cant turn my phone off or its stuck !

call the carrier of the cell phone that you have and ask for a new one. thats what happened with me and i called and told them it just stopped working and they gave me a new one. good luck!
