We recently bought a new a car (a Ford Flex), that came with Sync. This is great, except the phone I have ( a rumor) does not work with Sync at all. I am getting a new phone in June and I want it to work with Sync. I really don't want to have to get the data plan (an extra $500 a year. Eek!) just to use this feature in my car. The only other requirement is that it has a full keyboard, because I need to be able to text. Ford does have a website that (supposedly) says which phones work but its outdated and therefore innacurate. Does anybody have/know of a phone with a full keyboard that can connect with Microsoft Sync? I'm especially curious about the Lotus, the Rant and the Rumor 2.What Sprint phones can sync up with Sync in a Ford Flex? Specifically, the Lotus, The Rant, and the Rumor 2?

Samsung Rant or LG Rumor. Are they good phones?
I was thinking of getting the Gravity for T-Mobile. BUT since there are no reviews I wanted to see what you think about the Samsung Rant or the LG Rumor because the Gravity is pretty much the same as those phones.
Please give me info on the phone you have or the phone you know more about.
Are the Rant or Rumor good texting phones?
What is the good and bad about them?

I watched a review on phonedog.com of the gravity and I have also seen reviews of the rant. I personally think that the gravity has more features, and is better when it comes to all types of messaging than the rant and rumor. The rant and rumor have a lot of side features like gps and the sprint music store, but that sort of lingers aways from your real question. The rumor, rant, and gravity are all great texting phones for kids, teens, and adults. Samsung Rant or LG Rumor. Are they good phones?
alright i have the lg scoop which is the same thing as the rumor just for alltel wireless. I hate this phone!!!! I would say get the rant idk what it is but its got to be better than the rumor. The camera sucks on it. the keyboard is nice and all but it defiantly has some flaws. If u get to texting fast it want type ur words and then if u hit back alot or hold it down it deletes your whole intire message which really sucks sometimes. My battery life on my scoop mabey last half a day. I mean overall the scoop/rumor is not that great of a phone but thats just my opinon.

I like the keyboard on the env 2 better, and like the overall design better. i would positively say to get the env, also because it is a flip phone, the main screen is protected from scratches were the rant has the screen on the outside.

If you prefer texting, go with the Rant. I text everyday and still use the iPhone because I don't mind backspacing a few characters when I touch-screen text.

Is the Samsung Rant a good phone?
Its my B-Day soon and I am getting a new phone for my B-Day. I have Sprint. I have been looking at the Rant because it has a full QWERTY keybord and I love that. I also love the slim and fashionable look. So if you have had this phone and like it or dislike it PLZ tell me. Also PLZ tell me if you have had any problems with it. My husband has the rant I had it to for awhile, but it wasnt right for me I'm just dont like slider phones. Anyways its a great phone I have the the lotus its great to. My only suggestion is to stay away from the rumor.
