In my personal experience, i like the rumor better. It is easier to use and simpler than the rant. You should also check out the Rumor 2 because i like it better than the rumor and rant:)

the rumor is waaaaay better. I had the rant at first but then i got the rumor and it is so much better, it works way faster, and it doesn't break or freeze like the rant does.
Samsung Rant for sure. One of my friends has it and the music is so loud when he played it. Its a really nice phone for texting as well.
