Whenever you are thinking about buying anything electronical, always go to cnet.com and look up each item first. They have professional reviews, and consumer reviews that are extremely helpful. You can get first hand knowledge of what issues each phone could potentially have.
And what's great about the site is they are unbiased. I used them to help pick out my phone. (Which is the beautiful LG Lotus)
