My samsung rant says ';memory card not present';. The cars is put in the phone correctly. Solution?

i've just dealt with my problem. In my case, the microSD card slot was kinda loose. You could try my way: take out your battery and your SD card. there should be 2 thin metal pieces in the SD slot. use a thin ruler or toothpick and slightly push the shorter metal piece inwards (towards the slot). It should work then. (at least it worked for me)My samsung rant says ';memory card not present';. The cars is put in the phone correctly. Solution?
Are u using the sd card that came with the phone because not all cards will function properly
